Apple and Google against each other in Kodak patent war

Now Apple and Google are battling in court for the Bankrupt photography giant Kodak’s patents.Kodak in hope to raise some cash will be selling some 1100 patents.Apple in this case is teaming up with Microsoft corp. and Intellectual Ventures Management LLC on the other hand Google teamed up with RPX corp and Android handset manufacturers Samsung , HTC and LG.The net worth of Kodak patent is said to be $2.6 billion.Kodak wants this auction to be a good one to raise some cash.

Auction will take place on 8th August.The patent include 2 categories, the first one is capturing and processing images on cameras, smartphones and tablets and the second category consist of deals with patents about storing and analyzing images.
